ABOUT THE  SITE-The site is a temple of sun god. Statue of Sungod was found during excavation.Excavation was result of villager The nose of the statue was broken duringexcavationThe longhand the breadth of the statue is 4’x2.5’.Latter the nose was attached.Thetemplepremises isspreadin anareaof1.5 bigha

Statues of other gods like Narsinghbhagwan,gaurishankar,Agnideo

Barun and Kuber were also found and worshipped  in the temple.

There is a pond  and dug well the Chandrakup.Water brought from important religious tirthas has been poured into the well.Thetemple

was constructed in 1983.

FESTIVITY–Besides day today worship Sunday the day of theSun

God attracts special attraction  of the devotees. Chath worship is ce

lebrated on the bank of the pond  during the month of Kartik.
