ABOUT THE SITE-The siteis suntemple on the bank of the Ganga local say is that it is one of the 12 Sun temples constructed bySamb the grand son of lord Krishna after getting cured  of his leprosy by worshipping sun god and meditating in Matraiee ban.The statue of the temple is as described in Matasya Puran ie Sungod in Chariot driven by seven horses.The temple is of western door entry.Statues are of  black stones The Ganges water rubbed  on a stone slab out side the temple and then pouring and messaging on portionaffected by leprosy gives relief to the patient.
