ABOUT THE SITE—The site named as Girija temple or Girija place is Kuldevi of raja Janak the father of Sita .While at the time of marriage Sita goes to phulwari (flower garden )to worship kuldevi Girija  as described in Ram charitrmanas and the Ramayan.Where she  first met with Ram. Girija Pujan Gaee Phulwaria with lapse of time peole living round about phulwari constituted Phulwari village which changed to Phulhar with twist in pronounciation There is a lake called Sarsamip pokhara near the temple which beautifies the environment
